Amira our grandaughter is on the verge of crawling. So far she has gotten really good at backing herself in a corner. I’m sure going forward in the next step. What had her attention right as this photo was taken was her Baby Einstein video. She really likes them.

What with all the late spring rains we’ve been getting this year our back yard — the whole environment around our home is taking on a jungle like atmosphere. More so, it seems to me than most springs here in the great north wet.

My daughter added this flower to our front entrance. Anyone know exactly what kind of flower this is? Some sort of Daisy?

This is the blossom and this one is seed pod. Definitely the prettier of the two. Although the geometric nature of the seed pod is very unique.
