I came across this in my saved snippets among my MS Word documents. Whether you work all day long pursuing your profession or like me work all day long just living (retired) this is a good thing to remember:
Stress Release
To get rid of those stressful emotions that can build up throughout the day, take at least five minutes every two hours to re-group. Stop everything, relax and shake it out by doing shoulder circles and shaking your arms. Force yourself to breathe deeply. This little break will allow you to have a better focus.
